Concierges and WABSM Staff

Fairlanes utilises Concierge as members of the Building Management team. Each work in shifts to cover the following times and locations;

Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 9am residential foyer
Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm commercial foyer
Monday to Thursday 4pm to 6:30 residential foyer

Friday 7:30am to 9am Residential Foyer
Friday 9am to 4pm Commercial Foyer
Friday 4pm to 12pm residential foyer and general building security patrols

Saturday 11am to 4pm residential foyer and general building security patrols and
Saturday 5pm to 12pm residential foyer and general building security patrols

Sunday 11am to 4pm residential foyer and general building security patrols and
Sunday 5pm to 10pm residential foyer and general building security patrols
Public holidays 3pm to 10pm residential foyer and general building security patrols

Their duties include security patrols throughout the building and basements, responses to incidences in all Common Areas, as well as the Amphitheatre Security and assisting the Building Manager with tasks as required.
